How much does a typical church AV upgrade cost?

Most church AV projects we deliver land between $20,000 and $500,000 depending on scope. A simple sound system refresh for a 100-seat hall sits at the lower end; a full audio, vision, lighting and live-streaming install for a 500-seat auditorium with multi-site capability sits at the upper end. We provide a fixed quote, so you know the number before any work starts.


Can you integrate live streaming (YouTube, Facebook, multi-site)?

Can we see examples of churches you've worked with?

Yes. We can integrate live streaming into the AV system from day one, not as an afterthought. This includes IP-based camera systems, automated or operator-driven vision switching, dedicated streaming encoders, and multi-platform output (YouTube, Facebook, your own website, and multi-site to other campuses). We can also configure overflow rooms and recording for sermon archives.


Will you train our volunteers to use the system?

Yes. Operator training is included in most installs we do. We run hands-on sessions with your volunteer team after commissioning, and offer ongoing phone, video and email support. For larger systems, we can also provide refresher training every 12 months as part of an optional service agreement.




A typical church install runs 4 to 12 weeks from contract signing to commissioning. Lead time depends mostly on equipment availability (some specialty items have 6+ week lead times) and whether your building needs preparatory works (cable trays, mounting points, electrical). We sequence the install around your service schedule so weekend services aren't disrupted.


Our own employed technicians do the install. This matters because the people who design the system are the same people who install and commission it, which keeps quality consistent and accountability clear. For very large or interstate projects we may add specialist contractors (e.g. rigging engineers), but always under our project lead.

How long does an install take from quote to commissioning?

Do you do the install in-house, or subcontract it?

We're brand-agnostic and specify gear based on what your space and budget actually need. Common audio brands include Adamson, Nexo, L-Acoustics, RCF, Yamaha, Allen & Heath, DiGiCo and QSC. Lighting brands often included Martin, GrandMA, Robe, Chauvet Professional, GLP, TourPro, ShowPro, Aytron, Clay Paky, Avolites, LSC Lighting, EK Lighting, ProLights. For vision and streaming we work with Roland, Blackmagic, Canon, NewTek, Panasonic, Pixapanel. We don't take dealer kickbacks — recommendations are based on fit, not commission.

Our HQ is in Warners Bay (Lake Macquarie / Newcastle region), but we have crews and projects right across New South Wales, Queensland, Victoria and South Australia — including Sydney, Melbourne, Adelaide and surrounding areas. For installs, we travel to the site.

Yes — we can share case studies, photos and references from churches similar to yours. We've worked with congregations from 80 to 5000 seats across Anglican, Pentecostal, Catholic and non-denominational settings. After your initial enquiry we'll send 2-3 reference projects matching your size and style, and you're welcome to call those clients directly.
