Bringing the Magic Full Circle: The Wiggles’ Biggest Arena Tour Yet
What does it take to bring one of Australia’s most beloved and iconic acts to some of the country’s largest arenas? A whole lot of passion, experience, and a production partner who understands that every detail matters.
When The Wiggles began planning their biggest, brightest and most magical live tour to date, the brief was clear: deliver a spectacular, high-energy show that felt just as immersive and exciting for every audience member, in every city, every night. With a bold 360° in-the-round arena format, the tour demanded a production approach that balanced scale, consistency and adaptability across vastly different venues.
For that challenge, The Wiggles turned to Forefront Productions.
A National Arena Tour, Seamlessly Delivered
Forefront provided support across a major national run, including:
Hobart – MyState Bank Arena
Canberra – AIS Arena
Melbourne – John Cain Arena
Brisbane – Brisbane Entertainment Centre
Newcastle – Newcastle Entertainment Centre
Sydney – Qudos Bank Arena (including a live video recording)
With each venue presenting its own layout, rigging limitations and audience geometry, the tour required a production team capable of adapting quickly while ensuring the show remained consistent, polished and engaging for families in every city.
This was The Wiggles’ biggest show to date, and it needed a production company with both the experience and the gear to match the scale of the vision.
Immersive Sound for an In-the-Round Experience
Delivering clear, powerful audio in a 360° arena environment is no small feat, particularly for a show designed to captivate audiences of all ages. Coverage, intelligibility and even SPL distribution were critical to ensuring that every song, cue and spoken moment landed perfectly.
Forefront deployed an Adamson CS10 line array system with CS119 subwoofers, providing the output and control needed to evenly cover the full arenas. Additional Adamson CS7p and CS10p point source speakers were used for lip fill, ensuring consistent clarity close to the stage and throughout the performance area.
The result was a balanced, energetic mix that kept the entire arena singing, dancing and Wiggling from start to finish.
Lighting That Elevated the Energy
Visually, the show was designed to be just as dynamic as the performance itself. A carefully curated lighting rig delivered colour, movement and impact from every angle, enhancing the sense of spectacle while keeping the focus firmly on The Wiggles and their Wiggly friends at the centre of the action.
The lighting package featured a combination of Martin Vipers, Storm Bolt (ColourStrike M Profile), MAC Quantums and Robe Spiiders, all mounted on pre-rig truss for efficiency and consistency across venues. A floor package of Martin MH11 beam moving heads and DreamPix LED Strips with pixel mapping added punch and texture from stage level, while power and control were managed via OmegaTech three-phase distribution and a grandMA lighting console.
This flexible lighting system allowed the show to scale and adapt venue by venue without compromise.
Video at the Centre of the Action
A key visual centrepiece of the tour was a centre-hung LED cube, measuring 5.5m x 3m, deployed in Canberra, Brisbane and Newcastle. The video system incorporated Pixapanel E3 and T5 LED panels, driven by Novastar VX16s processors, delivering vibrant, reliable visuals night after night.

In addition to supplying audio, lighting and video systems, Forefront provided operators and production design, working closely with the touring team to ensure every element came together seamlessly.
From adapting to each arena’s unique requirements to maintaining a consistently high-quality audience experience across the entire tour, the project highlighted Forefront’s ability to deliver complex, large-scale productions with precision and care.
