It Takes All Of Us: Youth Alive and Forefront at the ICC

In November 2025, thousands of young people flocked to the ICC in Darling Harbour for “All Of Us” - a contemporary Christian youth event featuring live music acts, an album recording, and sermons from world-renowned communicators. Knowing the demands and intricacies of facilitating an event of this scale, and facing a compressed timeline, event organisers Youth Alive NSW partnered with Forefront Productions to design, deploy and operate a full audio, video and lighting system.

With less than 24 hours to load-in, run the event and load-out, the Youth Alive team knew they could lean on Forefront’s experience and expertise to not just ensure the night would go off without a hitch, but that the thousands of youth in attendance would leave the event feeling impacted.

Audio

With multiple musical acts and talks throughout the night, Forefront designed and deployed an audio rig that ensured the audience felt fully connected with whoever was on stage at any moment. For PA, Forefront deployed its arsenal of 44x Adamson CS10 Line Array Elements, in a main and outfill arrangement, along with 24x CS119 Subwoofers, for maximum coverage across the venue. With dozens of vocalists, musicians and communicators to consider, Forefront was able to make the most of its extensive inventory of Sennheiser EW-DX and Shure Axient Digital Wireless microphones, along with Sennheiser G4 Wireless in-ear monitors. At FOH and monitors, Forefront’s duo of DiGiCo Quantum 338 consoles made light work of the large channel count, networked with multiple SD racks through an Opticore backbone.

Lighting and LED Video

With both energetic anthems and more reflective moments to factor in, Forefront’s very own Matt Peterson designed and programmed a lighting rig to enhance every moment and engage every person in the room. Running from two GrandMA Consoles and powered by a pair of LSC Unitours, the rig featured a wide array of Martin Viper, Quantum and MH10 Beam fixtures, alongside Robe Spiider and Tetra units, and the newly added Strike Bolt LED Strobe Wash fixtures. With cameras in the room for IMAG, Forefront also provided a large PixaPanel T5 LED centre screen, and a pair of PixaPanel E3 Screens flanking either side of the stage.

With a tight deadline to get the rig up in the air, Forefront relied on its large stock of pre-rig trussing, all hung with its own GIS D8+ Chain Motors with SRS Wireless Controllers. Not needing to rely on externally hiring rigging and chain motors is just one way Forefront can ensure that the client receives the highest and most consistent level of service every time.

Events that Leave a Lasting Impact

At the end of the day, the effect of being able to remove distractions, help people connect and leave a lasting impact, that the team at Forefront are most proud of. Thank you to the Youth Alive team for having us!
