LIFE HOUSE CHURCH COFFS HARBOUR TAKES THE NEXT STEP
When we meet with clients to formulate a project plan, often a staged approach is the best outcome. This was the case for Life House Church in Coffs Harbour.
Whilst Stage 1 was largely about improving the venues atmosphere, Stage 2 was geared toward improving the quality and capability of the churches online experience.
They now have a dedicated streaming setup in a remote area outside of the main auditorium, with the ability to communicate and connect with the live church service. We decided that utilising an SDI backbone would ensure flexibility to distribute content throughout the building whilst also maintaining maximum signal quality.
Our aim was to keep the system as user-friendly as possible so the Roland V-1SDI was chosen as the heart of the system – powerful switching and scaling features in a simple 4 source unit. The Canon XA55’s provide direct SDI output with 4K recording capability in a cost-effective package.
