Digital Marketing Coordinator

team culture. We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Coordinator to take ownership of our online presence and help drive brand
awareness, engagement and growth across all digital platforms.
The Role
This is a hands-on role responsible for the creation, coordination and execution of digital marketing activities across the
business. You’ll manage Forefront’s digital platforms including our website, e-commerce store and social channels, while working
closely with internal departments to deliver marketing initiatives that support business growth.
Key Responsibilities
● Develop and maintain a consistent brand presence across all digital platforms
● Manage and maintain the e-commerce webstore
● Plan and execute marketing campaigns and content strategies (short and long term)
● Create and source engaging digital content (social, web, EDMs, video etc.)
● Manage content across platforms ensuring it is current, relevant and on-brand
● Collaborate with internal teams to support department marketing initiatives
● Coordinate external suppliers (e.g. video production, creative services)
● Provide quarterly marketing performance reports to leadership
● Deliver branding and design support across the business
● Ensure all work is completed on time and to a high standard
About You
● Experience in a digital marketing or similar role
● Strong understanding of social media, websites and e-commerce platforms
● Ability to create engaging content (design, copy, basic video/photo editing)
● Highly organised with strong time management skills
● Able to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
● Strong attention to detail and brand consistency
● A proactive, team-oriented approach
Essential:
● Tertiary qualification in marketing, communications or similar, or minimum 2-years’ experience in a similar role
Creative
● Strong graphic design skills and ability to utilise Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.
● Functional knowledge and/or experience with Squarespace, BigCommerce, Photoshop, video editing and comfortable
working with a MAC
● Quality photography ability
● Working knowledge and experience with scheduling tools, analytics, ie provide marketing summaries.
● Experience in video editing, ie Adobe Premier preferred.
Marketing
● Working knowledge and experience running paid ad campaigns, eg Meta, Google Ads, etc.
● Demonstrate in-depth knowledge and understanding of all social media platforms
● Demonstrated website management including Shopify or similar e-commerce platform, Campaign Monitor, CRM,
● Industry and product knowledge favourable but not essential
● Experience with Zoho is favourable but not essential
Desirable
● Experience with CRM systems (eg Zoho)
● Experience in events, production or related industries
● Knowledge of SEO, analytics and digital advertising
