During the process of repair, some or all of your stored data, pre-sets, show files etc may be lost. Please ensure that you have saved this data elsewhere prior to repair.
Uncollected Goods: Forefront Productions may envoke disposal procedures as set out in the Uncollected Goods Act 1995 following the necessary attempts to contact the client.
It is the responsibility of the customer to deliver the equipment to Forefront Productions for repair by any method they choose.
Forefront Productions will return any equipment using the packaging materials supplied by the customer and accepts no responsibility for the suitability of those materials. Any additional packaging supplied by Forefront Productions will be on charged to the client.
In some cases, Forefront Productions may arrange for the return of the repair equipment on behalf of the client, at the clients or Forefront Productions expense, with a carrier selected by Forefront Productions. In either case, the client is responsible for packaging the item safely for transit at their own expense.
Forefront Productions accepts no responsibility for any loss or damage suffered by the client, however caused, including but not limited to the negligence of Forefront Productions, its employees or agents or any carrier engaged on behalf of the client, in relation to the return of the products to the client.
Forefront Productions recommends the client arrange its own insurance for the transport of equipment.
